Challenger partners with organizations like NASA, Disney and the Smithsonian to offer media programs, space simulations and hands-on workshops
Junior Astronauts
After the success of Challenger missions for older students, it became clear that younger "astronauts" wanted to go to space too!
So the Challenger Center at the University of Tennessee began developing "Micronauts" programs. Soon other Centers around the country followed suit. Our Challenger Center has been "flying" young astronauts to the Moon since we got our Spaceflight Lab. And now we have even more options, including customized programs.
